Sarah Allen is the Director and Founder of Pilot Lending Solutions.
Born and raised in Toowoomba, Queensland, Sarah brings a genuine, down to earth approach to finance. She believes that great broking is about more than finding a loan. It is about understanding the person behind it, what is happening in their life or business, and what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
With more than 20 years of experience across banking and finance, Sarah has worked in roles including credit analyst, business development manager and loan writer. Her extensive knowledge of lending policy, combined with her love of strategy and complex scenarios, means she is particularly at home helping self employed clients and borrowers whose circumstances may not fit neatly within traditional lending policy.
Whether her clients are buying their next home, navigating a separation, growing a business, purchasing an investment or simply looking for a better way forward, Sarah takes the time to understand the whole picture and provide lending options tailored to their individual circumstances.
Known for her warmth, honesty and genuine care for her clients, Sarah creates a safe space to talk openly about money, life and the challenges that can come with both. She will always advocate for her clients, tell them honestly where they stand and help them understand what is possible, because for Sarah, the relationship has always been about much more than the loan.
